
Design (Copy)
I am comfortable in all stages of design, but as a designer, my forte is interaction design with a touch of service design—which for me means establishing the business challenge with data and user research/input, working with the right people to explore an array of options quickly, failing/learning/iterating/succeeding, and telling stories at whatever level is required to gather the necessary inputs to generate a successful product to the finish. The artifacts are entirely dependent on the team and situation—and never too precious to mark up or tear up and start fresh when called for. I am happy in a flow of pen and paper sketches: assumptions maps, blueprints, graybox sketches, whiteboard flows, storyboards, sketches, sketchnotes, and narratives to create compelling customer experiences with my team and partners.
