I’m Erik Gibb
I have a broad range of experience and verticals working in house and as a consultant. This year I led and worked with a mixed discipline design for the small business lending business unit at a Very Large Bank with three primary hats.

As a Design Facilitator
I empowered my team + product, business, executive, engineering, and marketing partners to co-create service and product experiences that excite and engage customers and the people who build those experiences.
As a Design Manager
I managed a small team of multi-discipline designers to partner with our larger teams to support the enterprise. Differing years in practice, tool know-how, and practical experience offered rich and continuous opportunities for cross-training and team growth.
As a Designer
My hands on work included service design, research, and interaction design in a range of delivery methods from a napkin sketch, to prototype, to production spec.
