Seagate customer support
I was brought in to work with the Seagate support team to optimize their pages, create new community forums, and deeply integrate customer support info into product pages to decrease calls and improve end user satisfaction.
Seagate landing pages
I also worked with the Seagate Marketing and Product teams to express a new product categorization strategy. This included new product pages, new navigation, and product landing pages reflecting the new strategy.
